Regional service coverage

Listed-building pointing and heritage masonry across the Midlands and North West.

Grade 2 Listed Pointing supports commercial and professional project teams across Cheshire, Staffordshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Shropshire and the West Midlands.

A specialist workstream, considered in its local project context.

We do not use a blanket national template for historic masonry. The building, its fabric, the proposed intervention, access, programme and appointed team all shape whether and how a project can move forward.

The pages below explain the geographical coverage and the type of information that helps an initial discussion. They do not represent separate branches or local offices.

Lime pointing and brick repair by area

Start with the local service context for combined masonry repair.

These pages bring lime pointing and local brick repair into one regional project discussion, while keeping the focus on the building, the existing fabric and the scope information available.

Outside these areas?

For a substantial or specialist heritage masonry scope, provide the building location, project context and available information. We can then consider whether the workstream is a fit.
